The Importance of Illusions in Science

In science and in art, there exists fashionable ideologies. What is good about their method is often a quite naive narrative. There's also spontaneous philosophy of the artist which is not accounting for what is good in the art world. In order to emancipate my students from this powerful discourse, I started asking funny questions like 'Is there an opposite of interactivity?' And it was obvious to me that the artworks were much more clever than his interactivity,. His cause that was brought about by artists, but also by curators and nerds that jump on that train.
