Heunderstood the magnitude of the hatred and that our entire political discourse is poisonous and it is toxic and it is violent to extent. The wave of hatred and of intimidation that he faced almost convinced him that this is what he had to do. So yet, i think this was definitely an authentictransfor what i find almost heartbreaking is that, ah, it did not pay off politically eventually
