On Call Rotation

A lot of companies have an on call rotation where you get paged for any urgent issues that come up with your team. If someone has an issue in Japan, you kind of have to resolve it like three hours later. When they went out to bars or clubbing and they were on call, they had to bring their backpack with them. One time some guy got paged while we were out. So he just took out his laptop and started like coding in the corner. I started coding. It was pretty hilarious.
