Just massage yourself back into the waking state. And then just bring your hands over your eyes, if it feels comfortable for you, an inhail. Draw in that warmth through the eyes, feel it moving into the brain and feel and sense it like blue, gray healing cooling light. Just mapping out the entire nervous system all the way down to the toes. Then when you feel ready, just slowly begin to open the eyes and come back into the space. N my thoughts, exactly.
