The Importance of Patience in Growth

I see this interesting dilemma with your business. Once a community has invested in something like this, deployed it, got people using it, the switching costs are so high that they don't really want to go and find something else. But on the other hand, I'm thinking about, it's not a massive market. The opportunity might be really big, but there's only so many customers in this market. And so once you've closed them, you've pretty much got them for a long time.
