President Trump Wasn't a Friend of Vladimir Putin

President Trump was friendly with Vladimir Putin, certainly didn't seem to be a staunch defender of NATO against what Putin was trying to do. Do you not think that maybe what President Trump did maybe helped contribute to Vladimir Putin's sense of opportunity here? No, I don't, Jerry. And in fact, my Democratic friends in the Senate always hate it when I point out that Vladimir Putin seems to invade when Democrats are president like Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
