What's the Best Thing You've Done This Year?

I don't think there's anything that hasn't made it into the doc, which maybe is a bad thing. I'm really excited, nerdily, about the systems that we're setting up and then we're going to end the year like having in place. We've already made a start on some of them because that's the thing too, right? The calendar year, as you know, because your team doesn't even follow it, doesn't mean anything. It's arbitrary. You don't have to wait until January to get started on working on something that's going to impact you.
