i don't think we talk enough about the areas and experts in the hats that we need to wear to be good. It's one thing to tell someone that you're an expert at something, and it's another thing to show them you are an expert at it. There ih, one tool i'd like to use is, like, what information would the team buy if they control a budget? I agree that there is very different and unique expertise that's like, a hundred % needed. And the showing verse telling goes a long way.
