The Shooting Star Roller Coaster

The shooting star roller coaster was opened at Coney Island in 1947. The same year that it opened, a woman would be killed during the ride. In 1966, an 18-year-old man fell off of the rides and died from his injuries. Two years later, Fes Parker said he had plans to open up another amusement park called Frontier World. It never came to fruition because Davy Crockett played by Daniel Boone lied about this as well.
