Good Tidings for the Afflicted
In Luke chapter four verses 18 through 19 that this scripture is fulfilled in Christ. Good tidings for the afflicted is the subtitle of chapter 61. Jesus takes up a chalice of wine and transforms it by his power of his word and the Holy Spirit into the sacrament of his blood. This is highlighting God's promise to make an everlasting covenant at the last supper.
