The Importance of Albumin in Parasynthesis
If you remove more than five liters of fluid from a serotic without giving them albumin and repletion, you can get a post-parasynthesis circulatory dysfunction. This is this is a hepatorhenal at its worst. And this is why hyponatremia is such a negative prognostic sign in ceratics. So now we deal with meld sodium on the people on the transplant list because we know that low sodium will lead to renal failure.
