Scott: How do you test for systems thinking? I give them a problem and then ask them to, ie, walk through the solution. That's the best thing i've come up with to test systems thinking. He says he was inspired by a book called principles from radalio that caused him to write down his own product team or product leadership principles. Scott: The first principle is hiring his job one. We're only going to get leverage out of the system and consistently get consistent results if we have a great team.
