Venezuelan Oil and the US Foreign Policy

Venezuela has the greatest, most ample oil reserves in the world. If you had Venezuelan oil on the market and a functioning is Venezuela economy, we're probably talking about $20 barrel of oil because there's too much oil out there. The United States has been treating Cuba the way that it has for decades. And Cuba actually has some of the commodities that we're talking about that Russia doesn't - nickel could be kind of a very good place.
