How Do You Relate to Yourself?
Most of us have a conditioned reflex to sider the difficult emotions as bad. When we are expressing more evolved parts of our psyche, like love or generosity, that's good. Every living form is designed to perceive itself as separate from the whole. We are energized by fear and wanting through some form of fighting, fleeing, freezing were. So judging that is bad, not liking those partso ourselves, it's like saying, reality shouldn't be this way.
