My family had a snack bar in Southall. I used to work in, I was a chef in there. What was your signature sandwich? Well, we used to make tuna specials. We were the original upper crust. And it actually got stolen from us because we didn't paint in the name. So we were going to sue them for starting the upper crust. You see it in major stations now. That's actually. OG apple crust. Tuna, mayonnaise, onions, a bit of chili. But generally, you would scare a lot of white people down like chilies and stuff.
