The book made its way from raw paper in upstate new york to a printing in winnipeg, to binding in toronto, to distribution in memphiis and somehow that was all achieved with them. A retailer whose name i i won't specifically mention, managed to lose a complete semi truck worth of books for like, a week. But there was a sad feature of the n k s book as it was sort of climbing on best cellar lists and things - otherwise we would have piqued higher on the best cellar lists by significant amount.
