What's the Recovery Conundrum?

In the off season, a lot of athletes will start doing extra recovery. And then in season, the benefits of that may not be the exact same as if they hadn't done that. So i think it's really important in a pre season to have weeks where you can prootize recovery and weeks where you don't do so. There is a body of research starting to shift across now that looks at things like ice baths and everything that actually diminish the effects of muscle growth when used in conjunction with certain weight traiing protocols or everything in between.
