What Happened to Enron Shares?
No one outside of the company who has a clue about the fraud for such a long period of time. Who was auditing this firm? Who was checking the books? Well, the auditors were arthur anderson. He signed off approved all these off balan sheet structures where enron had hidden its debts. And you won't have heard of them for a few years because basically they too imploded due to their reputation being so damaged. The people that i will remember are the five thousand plus employees who lost not only their jobs, but their pensions,. Most of them had invested all their pension money in enron shares.
