John Wilkes Booth's Assassination

John Wilkes Booth was the only one who actually went through. He didn't have an escape plan, he just jumped off the balcony where he assassinated Lincoln and broke his leg. So yeah, it wasn't just a random nutcase at all. It was this hugely thought out process and it was a real conspiracy. I think there's not really many successful conspiracies that nobody has ever learned about,. especially not these vast underground wars that apparently thousands of people are involved in.
