I'm Really Excited About Faster Python

Python three 11 is 10 to 60 10 to 50% faster than previous on a reasonable range of applications. It's somewhere between minus a few percent and plus 100, but it's fair. We're looking hopefully for 312 to start looking at this sort of interface between Python and C code. So we should speed up code even as quality of C code.
