iassumi: I spend a lot of time looking for humility, thenticity and trust. At robin hood we do have a very unique culture that probably requires these attributes more so than other companies. We are bringing in people who have 20, 30 years at financial services companies,. And then we have engineers and product managers from technology companies. It's all about iterating, ting, testing, moving quickly, being entirely transparent.
