There's this element about data and equity that I think given the power of machine learning and AI as it's coming on. What is our role as behavioral scientists to make sure that when we are applying this? Do people, particularly in the public sector, expect some form of universality, some form of non-discrimination, if you like? And then also finally, look at some of the data, what do people want? Like if you ask them sometimes, they say they want some personalized services,. They don't like customised advertising, particularly based on sensitive information. But we're really in the foothills of asking people what they want.
