Can You Be Regulated?

If you are sufficiently decentralized, that is your safe harbor. And so just because they have the name, like we're a Dow, if the regulators can come after them and pay to make them pay taxes in a particular jurisdiction, then that Dow deserves that. So it's one to one alignment. Like once you lose the ability to rug your community around any sorts, then the SEC rightfully should stop caring about you. Because that's the point.
