How to Overspend on Your Practice

We have a point system where we're actually keeping track and then you get a score. You want to be as close to zero or negative as possible, just like golf. All of the expenses are in the far left column. What the practice actually spent is the second from the left. The expense percentage that they spent is third from the left industry standard. That's our goal per category. We gamified this a little bit. If you have a red number in the fourth column, in the variance column, that means you're overspending in that particular area.
