One of the most common mistakes i see with people who implement run walk as a general training strategy, not necessarily specific, is staying in their easy efforts own to build a ron capacity. That's not what we want to have happened when we're doing run walk. So instead of the big pace swings that we see, oh, run as fast as you can for your run interval so that you can make up time because you're going to have to walk. Ohno e, talk about, like i said, pace a little bit, but not really. Am i mentioned previously that a couple times it were only 23 minutesthim? I don't know why i couldn't snap
