I think just like when we're talking about fasting or some of this stuff, like it's so funny, like eating a little bit less at lunch during a fast season. It's, I think it's harder in a fast season because like, there's just a, there's that experience of vulnerability, I guess. So I think just looking at that, realizing it's something that we actually have to wrestle with and, but like with the rich young man, like the Lord's inviting us to make steps. Doesn't have to be serious. And he misses out the better part of being a man of awe and wonder deeply and communion with Jesus. That's what we're made for
