Consider not buying meat at the store unless you have time that day to prep it and freeze it. For containment, just ask one simple question: How do you want to freeze your meat whole, prept or cooked? Cook one protein a week, freeze it flat. And the last thing i'll say, don't be a freezer hoarder.
