I'm like trying to set typically a one week experiment with someone and I'm asking them, well, what do you think will work? We come up with lists of five, 10, 15, 20 things. Usually it's more than they realize. Then we might stack a few of them, two or three, four, five, maybe just one. And then we try to over-determine it and try to make sure as many of these things are embedded. So doing the reminders, doing the accountability, doing the team effect, doing the dog, everything is necessary.
