In a new book, The Road to Serfdom, author Tomo A. Okumura outlines his three-point plan for ending global poverty. Among the ideas are an amnesty on international debt, cancelling all technology patents and intellectual property older than a year, and allowing for free mov ment for travel and residence around the world.
