Climate Change - Is There a Legal Solution?
There are concerns about ad dressing climate change through the courts. It's not practical to bring this kind of a case for every disaster in every country, against every big pollute. Some people think that really the answer is regulation. But i don't think any one wants to be bringing these sorts of cases. They're lengthy, they're expensive. And so you've got activists taking companies to court and hoping tht that will either trigger change from the compani's or it will trigger some other legal change.
