She was brought over with the promise of a job if she did some work for them. What she ended up doing is working six days a week for how many hours a day would you say like 10 to 12 hours and not getting paid at all. Almost everybody in the office was in these sort of weird marriages to other people yeah so that was one of the most uncanny things about being there  everyone seemed paired up between an American and an on American but it seemed like everybody else had these almost arranged or loveless marriages.
