How to Motivate Your Students

I don't want to learn about apples or like red shoes. Like, I want to learning about deadlines. Another way that I motivate my students is I give them genuine praise. Praise is essentially good feedback. But the key thing there is genuine, genuine. That doesn't help me know if I'm doing well or not. So I'm all about the genuine praise for motivating people. Are Spaniards the worst English speakers, be honest, please? And what's the best methodology to make me speak confidently?
