Time served is, you know, we think bestows capability to you on. You've learned something in a way that allows you to build on that skill going forward. If it's demonstrated competency, you're able to demonstrate a high level of competency. That's basically all that matters. The 10 year system for professors, there's actually some interesting value in that.
