The Court's Decision in Madhyamam Broadcasting Limited
The court has held in this judgment that the reasons for denying a security clearance to Madhyamam Broadcasting Limited, namely its alleged anti-establishment stance. The role of the amicus curie, who will essentially represent the interests of the person who has been denied access to this information, has been gone into.
