Is the Opportunity Occasional?
There's an enormous palant pool in the sciences for whom the opportunity is non obvious. The infra structure to do really in a world class applied research and science like that's not something that exists on the inter net um. A lot of young scientist engineers, they look around, they see their friends working in these smaller, more dynamic organizations but if it doesn't click, how do i go do that work? And there re few things that i think we've learned and observed.
