ERG Groups Are the Best Places for Women to Succeed

Sally Kohn: ERGs exist within companies because everybody at the company wants you to succeed. It makes me think of an experience I had once, where I felt like I was getting passed up and a lot of the reason is because I wasn't being taken seriously as a woman in an environment that was all men. And so I laid out my problem and all of the women were like, no, this is the thing that worked for me. She says it doesn't even matter what their strategy was; they coalesced around a thing that helped them get ahead.
