CNN's John Sutter takes a look back at the early days of Hollywood in 1921. Hayes was an effective publicist and lobbyist for the film industry, but he had to bring in some help. The movie theater owners really want to show Fatty Arbuckle comedies that were not very widely seen even now,. And so the theater owners wanted to show them after Hayes has agreed to put a ban on the movies.
