Fabio Viera to Arsenal

Fabio viera signed for Arsenal from Porto this week. The Portuguese midfielder has a very high ceiling, writes John Defterios. He's not an out and out striker so he can't be played as one of two or three strikers in the same team. Viera is more of a plug and play player than his new club are used to playing him that way.
