I'm curious if from a quantitative perspective, there's things you're building in in the session to evaluate and assess like the success of where the direction people are going. And do you end up doing any sort of timed efforts towards the end of your agility days that give you or any sort of quantitative mark that might tell yourself or the athletes, Hey, you got better at this skill? I know feeling is the thing that ultimately ports over, but I'm also just curious if they have some one-on-one chicken fights after for their single leg type work. But it is so much more because it is so complex than speed day acceleration or 10 meter fly.
