Sleep Quality Is Critical to Longevity

When he got to four hours of sleep at night and it was systematically kind of reducing my sleep by 15 minutes every few days every week, there was no resisting that. The more optimized you are, it seems you need maybe a little bit less sleep. And I think the reason for that is people tend to sleep more when they're unhealthy. But right now, if I'm getting seven hours, I feel good. I feel probably better if I get eight.
