The Importance of Critical Thinking in UX

A lot of junior ex designers are very principled and they want to do the right thing. You know, what happens if I fight right now over this? What am I going to lose out? Is that hill worth dying for now? It's not just my opinion versus your opinion. So remember, the job of a UX professional is not to bully people because you have an opinion.
