Isn't It a Marxist Idea?
The idea that you tax people according to their ability to pay is, on some level a pretty marxist idea. We are not, in america, a marxis society. And although the opinion poles er showing more and more people self identifying as socialists, that's certainly not true of people like joe manshin. The broad massif like middle America feels that there is something unfair about taxing millionaires.
