The Local Council Member Refuses to Agree to the Zoning

Miriam Hall: At one point, it looked like this was off. It's definitely not off. We're pursuing parallel tracks. On one track, we are speaking actively to potential retail tenants. One just opened up a couple of days ago and the one just opened up. The way it would have worked is a purely market rate project which is still possible. But that decision is not mine alone. I will need the support of the local council member. She adamantly refuses to agree.
