The firm also does white labeled financial plans for other advisors so help me understand what that offering is. It's not necessarily a like a salaried kind of role it's a you you get you get paid a portion of the advice fees that come in every time you do an advice engagement with a client there's no salary with this role which can be stressful sometimes as well okay but i guess the flip side is it sounds like they've got uh enough of an ongoing marketing pipeline at this point that the it's transactional business are somewhat stable and ongoing.
