Are You a Bad Leader?

Don't conflate a bad manager. Your boss, who's your manager in a place of power over you as somebody that's necessarily not a good leader. They probably don't have any leadership qualities. One is a position and one is a characteristic or quality. And they can exist in the same person. I've worked more jobs than I care to remember. If a person is a manager and a leader simultaneously, they're not there for long.
