The most likely derailer of any project from alin in perspective, is that people don't fully engage until the eleventh hour and the 50 ninth minute. So to me, alignment is a process that has to be planned and scoped and thought about from the begining. What i always coach people to do is identify the stakeholders, identify the detractors. And then when you ask them that, then i'll suddenthey, go an really have to think about and they engage.
