The deal size is pretty small on this one, like our total project costs are total. Everything is 1.3 million. We realize it didn't quite make sense to syndicate such a small deal. So instead of doing a syndication, we said let's just raise debt. Once you refinance and we cash all of those people out, now we own 100% of the deal.
