There is a severe shortage of labor, which has resulted in people have pulled back on the level of services. The struggle for us is the rates are going up at a very high rate, and the service levels,. or the asis, has gone down, or in some cases, it's been limited. So we are at a real dilemma out here. But our expectation is that, a ders will be very transparent with the travellers up front in terms of what they can expect, so that there are no surprises. Fron billions of data points.
