Is There a Difference Between a Term Sheet and a Fund Raising Rights?
i can make a suggestion to people who come to g d c and are raising rounds. I feel like there's two types of teams that i speak to, or founders that i speaking to. And it kind of, as an investor, you cand to feel which type of founder you're speaking to. People pitching with lit decks, like papoint presentations on their lap tops, or the old conversation, both. Some people are just naturally really good at fund raising rights, but others aren't.
