Gloria Borger: David Remnick was Moscow correspondent for the Washington Post. He won a Pulitzer Prize for his landmark 1993 book about the last time Russia fell apart at the end of the Soviet Union. We're also keeping eyes tonight on our own Supreme Court, where in the midst of their own serious and expanding ethics scandals among conservative justices they are expected to issue yet another round of hard right rulings.
